What Data Do We Collect?

Web (SaaS Services)

CRM Central LTD collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, ID/Passport, utility bills, banking information, country of birth, date of birth)

  • Tax Identification Code for individuals and legal persons

  • Information needed to construct Know Your Client and Economic Profile assessments as required by local laws

  • Other personal data you provide to us

Mobile App (Demo)

  • Basic data entered in demo environment for evaluation purposes

  • No production, financial, or real trading data is collected

  • All demo data may be deleted at any time

  • The mobile app is not connected to real financial or SaaS services

You directly provide CRM Central LTD with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place orders for our products or services

  • Voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback

Web (SaaS Services)

How Do We Store Your Data?

CRM Central LTD securely stores your data on secure and encrypted cloud servers with optional local backups if required. Mobile demo data is stored temporarily on servers for evaluation purposes only.

CRM Central LTD will keep your personal information for a period of 5 years after the termination of the contract agreement. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data automatically. Demo app data may be deleted at any time.

Marketing

CRM Central LTD might send you information about products and services we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at any time. You have the right at any time to stop CRM Central LTD from contacting you for marketing purposes or sharing your data with other Company Group members.
